A. Personal Data Provided by You
- Account Information: Display name / username and email address when you create an account or sign in.
- Authentication Providers:
- Google Sign-In
- Google Play Games Services
- Email & Password
- Guest Mode (generates a random, anonymous local identifier)
- Passwords: Passwords are processed securely by Firebase Authentication; we never see or store raw passwords.
B. Gameplay and Economy Data
- In-game coins balance, cosmetics inventory (dice skins, boards, pawns), pass tiers, and Lucky Spin rewards.
- Match history, win/loss statistics, and achievements.
- Device model, operating system version, and general network connectivity status.
- Crash logs and diagnostic data to improve game stability.
- Game Operations: To create online multiplayer rooms, manage turns, validate game state, and prevent cheating.
- Account Sync: To restore your unlocked cosmetic items, coin balances, and purchase entitlements across devices.
- Customer Support: To assist you with account inquiries or purchase restoration.
- Service Protection: To protect the economy, enforce fair play, and comply with legal requirements.
3. Third-Party Services & SDKs
ISHTO integrates trusted third-party services:
- Google Play Games Services: For authentication, achievements, and player identity.
- Google Play Billing: For secure in-app purchases and subscriptions/passes.
- Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Realtime Database): For player login, cloud storage, and real-time multiplayer syncing.
- Google AdMob: For rewarded videos and post-game interstitial ads.
4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Economy
- Virtual coins and cosmetic items are limited, revocable in-game licenses with no real-world monetary value.
- All financial transactions are securely handled directly by Google Play. We do not store or process your credit card, debit card, or banking information.
5. Advertising & Advertising ID
- Rewarded Ads: You may optionally watch video ads to earn bonus coins or rewards.
- Interstitial Ads: Limited interstitial ads may appear after completing local matches. Ads are never displayed mid-game.
- Advertising ID (AAID): Used by Google AdMob in accordance with Google Play Developer Policies for ad frequency capping, fraud prevention, and analytics.
6. Data Storage & Security
- Local game preferences and cache are stored securely in Android app storage.
- Online data is transferred using industry-standard TLS encryption.
- Server-authoritative validation prevents unauthorized modifications to game state or player currencies.
7. Account & Data Deletion
You retain complete control over your data:
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account directly inside ISHTO by opening Settings ➔ Account ➔ Delete Account.
- Email Request: You can email us at pixelcube.dev@gmail.com with your username/email to request permanent deletion of your account and associated game data.
- Upon deletion, personal account identifiers and cloud game saves are permanently purged.
8. Children’s Privacy
ISHTO does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately for removal.
9. Terms of Service & Acceptable Use
By installing and playing ISHTO, you agree:
- Not to use cheats, automated bots, modified clients, or unauthorized exploits.
- Not to harass other players in online matches or attempt to disrupt server services.
- That ISHTO and all its visual and audio assets are protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Governing Law
These terms and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
